Some post-expo thoughts
Unstructured thoughts, two days after Expo, for paid subscribers.
I’m writing this two days after returning home from SCA Expo in Chicago. If I miss some grammar or spelling, please excuse my Expo brain. This was, by far, the biggest and best Expo experience I’ve had. Nearly everyone I knew who was in coffee was there. I sadly missed running into a number of friends, but I also made a lot of really wonderful connections.
It was my first time in 8 Expos where I was not working a booth; instead, I was photographing for a handful of clients. I’ve never offered photography services to various clients before in the context of the trade show. I learned a number of lessons, and I’m sure that once I’ve gone through my editing workflow, I will learn even more.
