As we close in on the last month of the year, this is a gentle reminder to be kind to your social media managers (or yourself, if you’re an SMM). Messages are expected to increase by 32% due to the holidays. And as those of us in retail know
Hi there! It’s been a stacked two weeks for me. * I leveled up my plant hobby by attending an in-person swap. It was <10 people but we were nerdy and it was lovely. * Midterm elections happened in the US, which basically took out my whole last week. * Attended
It’s Halloween today and while I don’t really celebrate it, it sure has been scary & concerning to read about the political climate of the US, Brazil’s election results, and the Central American migrants who left their coffee farms behind. If you’re in the US &
Hello! Welcome to issue #60, which is a rather large milestone. I most recently published three pieces on intellectual property (see Thoughts section) and how it relates to coffee. They were very time consuming in both the amount of interviews & research I had to do. I also recently updated

Can you believe it’s midway through July? I’m really excited for an upcoming writing retreat this weekend. It’s a self-organized retreat of area writers (of various topics and disciplines). In the woods and mountains! Possibly the most exciting part is that I plan on working on some
