Normally, this section would have some original essay or short article that’s written for my newsletter subscribers. But as I was assembling the newsletter issue, I received news that I have to report in for jury duty (in SF, you’re on standby for a week and have to check every day if you need to go in the next day). Since I don’t know when I’ll be back tomorrow, I didn’t want to leave this newsletter issue unscheduled.
So instead, I’m linking you to the talk I presented last week for Barista League’s High Density program. The worksheet and slides are available for free to download. The talk is less than 15 minutes. It was also my first time talking to a camera and creating a downloadable worksheet, so please be gentle.
